Counselling & Psychotherapy

A compassionate approach to help you bring about change and think more positively.

Life can offer many unexpected challenges – for example bereavement, stress, depression or relationship difficulties and so on – and at times these can be overwhelming, with no clear way through.

Counselling and psychotherapy are very powerful and effective therapy which can provide immediate relief in times of crisis, help change people’s lives in the longer term, and is good for self development. Perhaps you are:

  • Experiencing feelings of anxiety, stress, depression
  • Suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Going through loss or bereavement
  • Experiencing relationship difficulties
  • Aware that alcohol, drugs or other addictions are impacting on your life
  • Struggling with low confidence and self-esteem
  • Experiencing sexual difficulties
  • Experiencing fertility problems

“The counselling service I received was flexible, effective but above all, human. My thanks to direction and recommendations to anyone using them.”
