Working with a person-centred approach, I invite my clients to share whatever they feel comfortable to explore in a safe, supportive environment. I bring a calm, genuine and open-minded attitude, and gently encourage them to find ways to manage the difficulties they experience.

I work face to face as well on-line in a safe, confidential setting.

In my spare time I enjoy the challenge of swimming in the sea, the endorphins of running in the countryside, and the peace found in gardening.
