Motivation Skills

Motivational leadership is the key to having a highly engaged, efficient team.

We’ve designed this half day workshop to teach established leaders how to analyse and understand their team in order to improve motivation.

Participants will learn techniques to achieve work place harmony, improve job satisfaction and increase productivity – all of which can lead to maximised profits.

Course Contents:
  • Understanding what motivation is.
  • Learn how we can best motivate ourselves and others.
  • Identify and nurture ambition.
  • Work with disappointment and unfulfilled expectation, keeping up morale.
  • Understand the importance of continued professional development.

 

All of our training provides a combination of theory with practical group and individual exercises. All attendees with receive course booklets, a completion certificate and follow up communication with relevant resources and information to help them continue with their personal development.
