Managing Life Challenges

The workplace can often be a pressurised environment and no matter a person’s position in the business, they will inevitably face some form of challenge either at work or in their personal life.

This half-day workshop delivered by one of direction’s highly experienced trainers is designed to help people recognise their own and other people’s behaviours when facing life’s challenges and manage these more effectively to maintain a balanced, productive work environment.

Course Contents:
  • Look at typical challenges and stressors that can occur in everyday life
  • How does stress affect us and others around us
  • Detect the early warning signs of workplace stress and anxiety
  • Stress management strategies
  • How to support others facing challenging situations

This course is available in 2 different formats to suit Managerial or Non-managerial staff.

All of our training provides a combination of theory with practical group and individual exercises. All attendees with receive course booklets, a completion certificate and follow up communication with relevant resources and information to help them continue with their personal development.
