Understanding the importance of self-care and the benefits it brings not only to ourselves but to those around us.
Course Contents:
- A theoretical model exploring the choices we have and changes we can make
- Self-care suggestions and strategies
- Self Compassion – What this is and what it’s not
- Experience short mindful practices and look at how mindfulness can be implemented into daily life
All of our training provides a combination of theory with practical group and individual exercises. All attendees with receive course booklets, a completion certificate and follow up communication with relevant resources and information to help them continue with their personal development.
