This workshop is designed to help your staff understand and practice the skills required to be an effective listener.
Course Contents:
- External and internal barriers to listening
- What makes a good effective listener
- What makes a bad ineffective listener
- Explore the 3 Core conditions – Empathy, Acceptance, Genuineness
All of our training provides a combination of theory with practical group and individual exercises. All attendees with receive course booklets, a completion certificate and follow up communication with relevant resources and information to help them continue with their personal development.
