Building Resilience

Having a resilient workforce is vital to ensuring daily pressures, deadlines, set backs and changes are all managed with ease so that there is minimal impact on the productivity of your business.

This half day workshop is suitable for all levels of staff. It is designed to help your team members start to build resilience or grown their existing levels of resilience and teach them how to bring these skills into the workplace.

Building resilience will help your employees:

  • Increase their ability to prioritise, manage a busy workload and handle deadlines, resulting in lower stress levels and higher productivity
  • Develop flexible thinking, behaviours and attitudes, bouncing back when things don’t go according to plan

  • Recover quicker from illness and adversity
  • Feel comfortable asking for help and support rather than trying to cope on their own or avoid problems
