Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
A completely confidential, external counselling service which staff can rely on.
Life can be stressful and at times a member of staff can be struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement, debt or a range of other challenges, with no idea where to turn.
Often, they may not wish to speak to colleagues, HR, or anyone at work for fear it may affect their employment record.
In response to this, we have developed a special Employee Assistance Programme which offers your staff a completely confidential, external counselling service which they can rely on when they need.
The service is delivered by our highly trained counsellors, and crucially, the programme is completely external to your organisation.
This means that staff can use the service safe in the knowledge that nothing will appear on their employee record. EAP is a powerful management tool, which can give your organisation a competitive advantage. It can also help your organisation reduce absenteeism, save costs and help you retain staff.
This service is offered to organisations via a range of membership packages, or on a one-off basis.
Dealing with debt?
In addition, all of our membership packages include anonymous and confidential debt advice via our expert debt partners PayPlan.
PayPlan will listen to and understand an individual’s situation and will offer free debt advice, support, knowledge and a solution to anyone struggling with debts. Their goal is to help people take charge of their debt, so they can focus on living again.
