Mindful Based Living Course (MBLC)

putting mindfulness into practice

Making mindfulness part of your everyday routine can help you to feel less stressed, less anxious, happier and better equipped to take on the pressures of day to day life?

This course is designed to help you develop and deepen your mindfulness skills to build resilience, enabling you to deal with life’s difficulties and challenges whist reducing your stress & anxiety.

Our MBLC is taught by direction’s highly experienced facilitator. It contains 16 hours of teaching and     experiential learning, delivered over 8 sessions in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

Learning mindfulness in a group allows you to interact and share your experiences with like minded people. We limit our group size to allow all participants the opportunity to  connect with the facilitator and ask questions.

You will be given recordings of all the mindfulness practices that feature in the course, along with a manual to support these and a certificate on completion.

You will also have the opportunity to meet your tutor on a 1:1 basis during the course to discuss how your mindfulness practice is developing and attend a silent day retreat at a reduced cost.

Cancellation Policy: As we’re such a small business and the workshop places are limited to enable the facilitator to give every attendee maximum attention, we are not able to offer refunds or transfers to another workshop unless 14 days notice is provided.
