Consultancy Skills - Tailoring a solution

This workshop is an introductory course for managers and HR professionals to help them become skilled and effective in the use of consultancy skills.

The training course is designed to enable each participant to:

• Understand who your customer is
• Use Revens’ Diagnosis Model to look at puzzles, problems and solutions
• Understand the Cycle of Consultancy (contracting, data gathering, feedback, decision making, implementation, follow through
  & review)

• Types or styles of consultant
• Considering your needs as a consultant
• Questioning skills
• Influencing skills
• Role plays of customer, consultant, observer for feedback
