What is Independent Supervision?

Independent supervision can be offered individually or within a group and highlights areas for personal, professional and practical development.

1. Initial consultation within 7 days of first contact	●
2. Face to face, telephone and/or email independent supervision	●
3. 24hr answering service	●
4. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments	●
5. 10% off our training courses (These cover practical, work-related topics such as Stress Management, Essential Listening Skills, Communication Skills for Managing Relationships, and Assertiveness.)	●
6. Independent Supervision provided within 30 minutes radius of your workplace	●
7. No telephone charges for telephone Independent Supervision sessions or additional charge for room hire.	●
8. Independent Supervision available throughout the year and during most holiday periods	●
9. Organisations will receive copies of evaluation forms completed by members of staff with respect to staff anonymity and confidentiality	●
10. An annual general statement of progress of staff members	●
11. Opportunity to meet annually with direction to review and re- evaluate your service	●
12. Telephone number given to your staff for direct access to Independent Supervision if they require necessary support outwith their Independent Supervision sessions.	●
