What is Independent Supervision?
Independent supervision is an opportunity to work towards high achievement and peak performance. It can give you a chance to explore professional concerns and develop your skill set and motivation. It is a confidential relationship that offers you support and challenge to work towards your goals. Independent supervision can be offered individually or within a group and highlights areas for personal, professional and practical development.
Within Independent Supervision individuals learn to develop their own skills and knowledge which help them become better leaders, communicate more effectively and make decisions. This can help you take more control of difficult situations, work and live more effectively.
