Performance Appraisal System

This valuable workshop is for delegates have no experience of performance reviews, such as new line managers or managers with experience where a performance review system is new to the organisation.

• Understand the purpose of performance appraisal systems
• Understand what a job output is and how to define each one
• Understand how to create indicators of the outputs being achieved
• How to agree, in partnership, with employee what competences are required to
• meet the output delivery (technical and personal)
• Set a development plan
• Provide tips on preparing and conducting a review
