How our EAP can save you money?

What is an EAP?
Our Employee Assistance Programme is an external, confidential service, providing counselling and support to you and your staff, delivered by our highly trained counsellors. Our EAP is a powerful management tool, which can give your organisation a competitive advantage. It can also help your organisation reduce absenteeism, save costs and help you retain your staff.
Our EAP is solution and goal-focused counselling and can enhance productivity and your employee's performance and morale. Your staff will feel valued and supported and more likely to go that extra mile in your organisation. They will also feel more committed and motivated.
What an EAP can help with?
Our EAP can help your employees with personal and professional difficulties such as:
• Stress and anxiety
• Relationship difficulties
• Alcohol and drug misuse
• Change and time management
• Health problems
• Loss and bereavement
• Communication
• Depression
• Assertiveness
• Self esteem and confidence
• Abuse
…and many other issues.
To publicise your provision of our Employee Assistance Programme to your employees, and to help you demonstrate your intentions as a good employer, we will provide you with posters to display on staff notice boards, leaflets and business cards to distribute. We can also work with you to design and produce your own personalised information material at no additional cost.
