Assertiveness
This inspiring and enjoyable course will help you develop your own abilities of being Assertive and give you the skills to challenge others in an effective and constructive way. People who find it difficult being assertive will benefit greatly from this popular course.
After completing the course, participants will:

• 6 steps on becoming more assertive
• How to negotiate skilfully
• Developing our challenging skills
• Look at how to give and receive feedback through CORBS: clear, owned, regular,
• balanced and specific which can enhance our assertiveness
• Fun exercises and interactive role-play
This course is led by an experienced trainer and is backed up by a course booklet, group and individual practical exercises. A certificate is given to participants for recognition of course attendance and a free 30 minute follow-up consultation is offered to course participants to re-evaluate and review course work, if required.
