What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a skill that can be developed through training. It is well-known that many people spend a lot of time thinking about the past and the future and this is often brings stress, guilt, regret, worry and anxiety. Becoming 'mindful' is about learning to pay attention to the present moment without judgement. It's about training your attention to be where you want it to be. It can help you deal more effectively with stress and enable you to choose new reactions rather than reverting to learned behaviours.

Our direction mindfulness courses are designed to help your staff develop their new skills in a supportive and encouraging way. We provide a range of exercises to help your staff master these skills and embark on changing past ingrained habits to become happier, more resilient and productive employees.

What we Offer:

Mindful Based Living Course (MBLC)
We offer an in house 16 hour Mindful Based Living Course which can be delivered 2 hours per week over a series of 8 weeks or as a 1 hour lunchtime session over 16 weeks. The timings can be tailored to the organisation's needs. 

Workshops
We can also offer bespoke mindfulness workshops tailored to your employee and organisational needs. These can be delivered in a series, as a single session or on an ad hoc basis. 

Taster Sessions
We can offer introductory Mindfulness sessions which are ideal for organisational events such as seminars and conferences. Lasting from 45 mins to 1 hour or as a shorter mindfulness workshop, it will involve fun experiential exercises and to give you and your staff a flavour of Mindfulness, what it is and why practising it can be useful. The session is delivered by an experienced mindful and compassionate facilitator and trainer.
