Group counselling and psychotherapy

Group counselling and psychotherapy allows you and colleagues or family members to explore stressful situations, conflicts or communication difficulties in a safe, neutral environment.  With the support of a therapist, setting objectives and boundaries for the sessions, group members are allowed to freely express their feelings and concerns in an unthreatening atmosphere.

Group members can explore how events in their past may have impacted on their current behaviour and relationships.

Within work groups the therapist can act as a facilitator to improve team dynamics, motivation and group behaviour or work through a difficulty such as redundancies, bereavement and so forth.
